Review for Archstone Canyon Creek Apartments

Archstone Canyon Creek apartments are nice, if you have the money to spend on them. Unfortunately they keep raising the rents every year, but for us it has been worth it. They are very clean, however they do skimp a little on quality of appliances. The maintenance staff has been quick to fix any problems we have had though, and we have found our apartment to be clean, well insulated, and pleasant to live in. This is absolutely one of the best apartments I have lived in. A couple of things to watch out for - the main gym (1 of 2) is a very nice ammenty to have, but a lot of the young tenants bring in their friends and at night on weekdays it is overcrowded and noisy. The apartment managers are very nice and helpful, but make sure you keep track of any money you give them - keep backup checks for everything, and don't use their online bill pay because I have heard of a few tenants having their checks lost or having their rent payment taken out of the wrong bank account. Also, there are a few different types of apartments - some are newer than others. Don't move into the apartments on 180th farthest from the leasing office (mostly building k) as they have a huge ant problem. We haven't noticed a single bug in our building, though. All in all it's been a great complex for us.
