I've lived in 3 aprtments in 3-1/2 years, so I feel I can give a pretty un-baised opinion of this place.
POSITIVES: 1. This is a pretty nice apartment complex...one of the best around in terms of looks, quality, layout, etc...
2. Maintenance is good. The grounds are generally always clean, the blast the walkways once a month or so...very good upkeep.
3. There are kids, but it's not too bad. In the 3-4 surrounding buildings, I would say there 5-10 kids, never really an issue with too many kids in the driveways...
4. I have a top corner apartment and don't notice too much noise or anything. Not to say it's not here, because EVERY apartment complex is noisy, but it's fairy peaceful.
My advice to every renter is to make sure you get a good location in your building.
NEGATIVES 1. Parking is a nightmare. Expect to walk 300-500 feet from you car to the building...or pay a ton for a carport or garage.
2. Don't expect to live here more than a year because they will jack up your rent. I pay $905....The want to move it to $1150 for another year, or $1375 for month-to-month...ridiculous.
That's really about it... The office staff are office staff...The could give a crap about most everything, but that's no different from anywhere else.
