Review for Vineyards Apartments

In actually my second stint at the Vineyards Apartments in 7 years, I still find the apartments a wonderful place to live and relatively quiet in comparison to other places around Bremerton. The layout and size of apartments is perfect and cozy and storage, though a slight bit tight, is still better than most apartments you're going to find. I've never seen parking more respected in a complex than at the Vineyards. For the most part, you rarely hear neighbors and management has taken great care to rent to people who aren't the kinds of neighbors you find yourself having to call authorities on often. I'm not a huge fan of blinds, which you have to leave up on the windows as per the rental agreement, but they are unobtrusive. Also, the latest carpet installed isn't on my list of favorites (especially compared to the carpet that was hear the first time we lived here), but it was new when I moved in and doesn't detract from the comfort that much. On occasion, you have to deal with the squealing of sirens flying down Central Valley or Fairgrounds rounds, but more often than not, you fell tucked into a nice quiet bit of woods. Overall, I enjoyed my first experience at the Vineyards and I'm enjoying my second just as well.
