Review for Colby Crest Apartments

My wife and I lived in these apartments for 1 year, and we would have loved to stay, but were forced to move because of income restrictions. Just about everyone here is very friendly, including a very nice staff. It is super-quiet; we rarely hear anyone, and we are right next to the elevator and laundry room! There was a car/apt. break in once or twice in the year we were here, but nothing that ever left me feeling unsafe. The building is very secure, and most people here know to not just let people behind you come in unless you know them or they have their keys. The incidents seemed to be isolated and were only because of the carelessness of a few people. I have never had any problems with this place, and I will be sad to leave! If you can get an apt. here, go for it!
