I just moved it, aside from the guy living below me who thinks hes a DJ the apartment is great, everything is up to date and the leasing office is super friendly. She made me cider and we talked and shes a total sweetie!
The pool is awesome and I love the work out room, its small but not a lot of tennants use it so I feel like its my own, and dont have to worry about getting hit on like I do at Ballys.
Most of the complex is quite, however there are a lot of 20something people like myself living there, some that have not grown out of party stage. when Dj below me decides he is going to throw partys sometimes it is hard to find a spot to park and I am not going to lie but hearing his base at 2 am is so not cool when you wake up at five, next week I will introduce myself and ask him to turn it down.
A few years back my Best friends cars used to get broken into all the time, they would come from tacoma, but I dont know if things have changed or not, I havent had a problem yet.
I love this place and the view from my building is so worth it, not to mention all the discounts off online they offered me my rent went from being 845 to 790 after what they call "move in specials" but hey I am 22 and those things excite me, the less I pay in rent the more I can afford to eat for the week. LOL. In my opinion its cost is friendly and they are by far the nicest apartments in the Harbor to live in.
