I hope I don't have to say this but this time English caused a problem bigger. English is not the stuff members first language. Since I moved into Brittany Place two months ago,I have had a problem I had never experienced in other apartments. The managements' focus was to defend the current situation saying they had not heard complainants from other residents. In stead of explaining the condition logically that I had to behave differently for the type of equipment the apartments use, they just showed me saying, "Do this" and "Do that, then it will be OK." They did not explain why I had to "Do this." They ended up calling a specialist just for a less than a minute's explanation.
I believe the maintenance did not clean my unit after the former resident moved out because the oven was not cleaned, the screens were ripped and dirty and the veranda was covered with thick dust.
