Review for Orchard Ridge Apartment Homes Apartments

I move in last october and I wasn't to sure about the place. I couldn't seem to find reviews. So I figured I would give it a shot. At first glance it is so nicely tucked away in a busy road of 164th. Now that I have lived here seven months I feel like my opinion on the property is really valid. The noise level is about a 4. I live in on the second floor and hear my stairs neighbors all the time. The only reason I do is they are just loud people. The staff here is really friend and is always looking in the tendents best interests. Matience requests are handled right away, if not that moment. They open the pool early because of the heat this spring just for the residence. The place is clean and neat, the neighbors are friendly and just the right mix of college students, familys and single people. It is a great place to be on the weekends with all the bbq's going and laughter all around. I love this place and I am happy I can call it home.
