We have been here for almost a year, and just took out a second lease on a 2 bedroom. We did look at some other places initially, but my experience at Copper Creek has been so wonderful, I didn't want to leave.
The safety and security here is wonderful. I have had no problems what-so-ever. I have never felt scared walking at night, or worried about my home or my vehicle being broken into. There is only one instance I can think of when the security gate was not functioning, and that was in the morning, and by the time I got home from work, it was fixed. They change the access codes and frequencies on the gate-openers often.
The staff has been great. Very friendly, courteous and quick to help in all situations. They have stayed a couple minutes after office closing time for me, so I could pick up a package delivered while I was away, one of the ladies even walked up to my back-of-the-complex apartment while I was at work to check on very my sick fiance for me. They remained wonderful, AFTER move-in, something you don't get at other places.
The apartment itself is well built, with a great floor plan and low utility costs. There is a gas-burning fireplace that heats my entire one-bedroom unit, so I don't need to bother with the baseboard heaters. The greenbelt surrounding the complex is beautiful, with a creek and walking trail directly to the south of the complex (an easy fence hop away!) and ofers a feeling of country living, while still being close to the the freeway and shopping areas. If you can get a unit on the greenbelt side, I highly suggest it, it is quiet and lovely year round.
All-in-all, I have had a wonderful experience here, and am so glad we were able to get a 2 bedroom here, and not have to go to anywhere else. Especially to some place like Federal Way.
