Review for Olympic Heights Apartments

There are not enough words to express my feelings of gratitude.

We have a wonderful manager. She goes over and beyond her call of duty. She has a powerful personality, she's a delight to be around, she's kind, she's loving, and she's a great listener. Never have I met a manager so caring and genuine.

I love the new paint job they are currently working on. The way the complex is being painted speaks volumes for their creativity and enjoyment of life.

I especially love my apartment. It's situated to where it looks and feels like I have my own personal forest out back. The beautiful bird song each morning lifts my spirits and boosts my energy. I love my tranquil and serene environment.

We live close to everything (The mall, fashion, book stores, fast food galore, banks, grocery stores, The Co-op (organic foods rule!), parks, doctors, etc.). You name it and more than likely it's close by.

We have everything (spa/jacuzzi, sauna, pool, racquetball court, gym, showers in the restrooms and a marvelous lobby that can be used daily to read or watch TV and can be privately rented for any kind of function.) My grandchildren love the small playground.

I appreciate the fact that staff answers and takes care of things quickly. I know I have the most beautiful bathroom in the complex! I had a few things that needed repaired yet they called a wonderfully personable contractor who replaced the whole bathroom in one day. I don't know who replaced the floor but I love it too! My bathroom is nicely accessible, looks elegant, and feels inviting.
At the managers request, Corporate generously went out of their way for me. They made sure I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. They went way beyond what I ever expected. What a fabulous engagement all around.

Do you realize how special this allows me to feel? I was treated like royalty. I know I'm important and management enforces that belief.

Whenever I call or visit the office I'm treated with a freeing kindness and marked respect.

Every time we are at the light on the corner, begin up the hill and we are about to enter the complex I get this overwhelming feeling of well-being and joy. Hurray! We are home!
