Hi! I've been here 7 months and I was wondering how it was going to be because I read all comments in Internet. I was surprised that all bad things were a lie! for example, I saw some wasp near to my appartment and as soon as I made the maintanance request, they called the person in charge for that and I didn't have to wait a day!, When we had the blackout on november all time there was someone in the office answering our question about when we could have power service again.
even when outside the appartments look old, I could make a really nice place inside ! I haven't hear any noise, (well avondale street noise) but is normal to hear that because we are next to a main street. (we are not living in the woods!) We have a parking spot and we dont have to look all around the place to look where to park (as I have seen in many other places) my spot is almost in front of my appartment.
We receive each month a bulletin with information. I think for the price that we are paying (low for redmond area) we have a really nice place, kind of old outside but I like it ! All time I've seen how they tried to have all place clean, with nice gardens, etc
when we were moving they changed carpets and appliances for new ones, even bathrooms and kitchen floors. Also we ask for a microwave (we dont have one) and the gave us a new one. we have nearby safeway, fred meyer, home depot, blockbuster, etc... If you want to live in a nice place, (maybe not the newer) cheap one, with a parking place, I recomend it.
