I totally agree with the review written by the manager. She has indeed "cleaned up" this place since 2005. Often times, it is the bad apples that write negative reviews. Very seldom do happy tenants write glowing praises.

In the six months that I have lived here, I can unconditionally state that this this is the best value for your money -- if you qualify the strict sceening criteria of the manager.

If they change management, I would probably shop around.
