Review for Lincoln Village Apartments

I have lived here for quite awhile and the privous review dos not do this place any justice!!! of cource there are the occasional car break ins, but where in spokane isnt there!! The whole city has its problems!! The office/mataince staff is wonderful, any issue they are right on top of it! The grounds are kept clean, they have one guy that goes around every morning and cleans up the parking lot! I recently had a problem with a few young neighbors who were not well supervised by their father, the lady manager said" dont worry were taking care of the issue" sure enough those people were gone the begining of the next month. As for the negitive the other person said....ITS SPOKANE, ITS NOT PERFECT!! The areas great, we have tons of stuff to do here, pool, hot tubs, pool tables and a heck of alot more. Its so worth it to rent here!
