Review Title:   Nice Place For The Price.

I have lived here at Montair for 5 months now. For $810 a month I get all the amenties of what would cost a lot more in other complexes I have looked at. I have lived in different apartments for the past 15+ years, so I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have a fantastic view from the 3rd floor, although some of the trees do need to be cut back. I have a 2-bedroom, very clean, nice paint, no mold. You do get a pricey water bill here ($30 a month) but it seems like the heat and electric are very reasonable. The appliances are on the older side but work fine. When needing a repair to a closet door, it was fixed pronto. The grounds are kept immaculately and the garbage bins are emptied regularly. The ladies in the management office are great. Very nice and willing to help you out at any time. I had a problem once with noise outside in the parking lot, but it is easily remedied by calling the office at any hour and dialing "0" for security to take care of it. Noise is always a factor in apartment living. I rarely hear my neighbors from inside their apartments. I loved the freedom of being able to pick paint colors for my living room, having the option of owning a pet (dogs included), and being able to enjoy the pool, gym, and basketball court for my son. The only thing better is owning a house.
