We have been living in the Cascade Park from the June of 2007 till this May. We found out this place from this site and chose it simply because it ranks 1st. It's a great place to live. Diana and Meredith are very nice and helpful people. The 2B1B apartment we lived is spacious and in very good condition. The view from our living room and kitchen is beautiful... green and lots of sunlight. It is a very safe place with its gated entrance and video surveillance system. The neighborhood is great too. There is a park right across the Bella Vista Street and another one within walking distance. These are absolutely great places for jogging and exercising. The community has its own gym and tennis court too.
