I live in a apartment for 7 months now. My washer and dryer have been broken for 6 months and no one ever fixes anything. the water heater broke in the apartment on the 3rd floor. I came home to water everywhere, the maintainance man told me I came home to late for him to help me, at 9pm. I bailed water all night and no one help me in the morning until I get really upset, then the management called the police on me, the maintainance man threatened me then lied about it. The next day mid afternoon is when the came by after my parents where there and my dad had to stand there and watch the maintainance man to get them to tear out the wet drywall so it did not fall on my 3 year old daughter. Then they sprayed chemicals on the carpet to stop mold growth. Which caused a serious allergic reaction in me. The management called me a liar and told me to go get a doctors note then because they would not believe me until I go to the emergencey room without insurance. So my ceiling in out and my carpet is up in the dining room. The management refuse to let me have the owners name and number. I have been yelled at, called a liar and treated poorly because some other tennant would not let anyone in to fix the problem of the broken water heater, Yet he can stay but they are threatening to evict me. The management will not move me, will not break my lease and I would never recommend that anyone move into this horrible apartment. I had better luck with the roaches in the low income apartment I lived in for 7 years before. I pay my rent on time. I do not party. but dont get upset when your apartment is ruined for the management will not help you at all.
