Glenpark apartments said amberview ( a sister apartment) has a sauna, hottub, free tanning and a fittness room. hrs 9 am to 9 pm 7 days a week. two Months later after moving in sauna did not work managment and matainence had no clue. I asked the manager to relocate me and pay for my relocation Denea ( manager promised she would make sure it would be repaired asap and we shaked hands and I gave her my deposite remainder). Day after day for treatment of arthritis I walked to the sauna it was locked out of order day after day. Teresa Downing then came in as manager same thing never opening repairing keeping the hours of access. She kicked me out of her office when I asked her to put the agreement in writing day after day I continued to go for my treatment of heat finally it was repaired I got sick in the hot tub went to emergency the following day I called the inspector upon arrival the managment lied to the inspector told him it was closed down for repairs ( managment was not maintaining the ph balance lack of managments knowledge on the safty and concern for the renters, they need to pay for my relocation costs moving in there Moving out of there as well as pain and suffering telling me I had to move they knew I could not walk due to an accident moving out. Knowing that I was badly hurt making me move a swallen knee painfull the size of a softball they are now charging me for rent untill the end of the month trying to walk I finally moved out on the 10th pain and suffering might be 100,000.00 Might get 6,000.00. for moving expenses . Locking me out of my apartment making me turn in the keys and then making me continue paying for the remainder of the month they have violated my right refusing to give me reciepts for all moneys recieved by me and help from agencys, notifing me of the owner with phone number is a law they refuse to tell me who the owner is. they have not accounted for the water Bills as I asked for an audit. They gave me a 20 day notice before my lease was up then charged me for days after they accepted the keys with out telling me a full months rent I had turned in the keys. I shampood the carpet left it cleaner than when I moved in ( they are charging for a full clean and carpet shampoo. If you have had problems and can back up in court wittnesses to this abuse call me or email me I moved out on the 10th of may 2007
