Everything there is shit. When we moved in our apartment was incomplete with blinds missing,sockets gone,carpet stains,sink lever missing, dryer broken, yellow stained sink( looks like someone pissed in it-YUCK!) Old smelly carpet, and our water heater made a funny noise. They never came out to fix it- so nothing ever got done.
I would save your money, time , and effort and cross this off your list of apartments to move into because nothing gets shitter. The management can suck it too.
