Apartment Review for Meadows On Lea Hill

I'm a teacher at a local middle school... and one of my students told me that his apartment complex was being bombed for cockroaches. Cockroaches in the Northwest? That's horrible. I asked the poor little guy which apartments they were and he said Meadows on Lea Hill. (Yeah, that'll be a place that I put on my list of 'Never') <P>
