You are better off living elsewhere. dont even bother taking a look at the place. we have been living here since jan 2007 and cant wait for the lease to get over. we loved the neighborhood...definitely one of the prettiest in bellevue. But now i feel what is more important is the quality of the apartment.The staff try and act very friendly and con the people when they sign the lease agreement. the appliances are all old and may fall off any moment. and the maintenance...god! dont have words to describe how pathetic they are. You have to call them atleast 8 times before they take a look at the problem. and the leasing office staff are the unfriendliest bunch on earth. They are extremely rude and dont do their work on time. dont ever bother renting a unit in this apartment, however enticing their specials maybe.
