Bunch of losers who are cheating outgoing customers who give sufficient notice but they end up paying for an additional month's rent! Don't rent here otherwise you will get cheated out of paying for an extra month too! If you do give them your 20-day notice, make sure they sign a copy to say that they received it on that date! Otherwise, they will try to cheat you too! Many people are leaving this apartment!
