Piedmont was previeously called Colony woods. I have lived there for quite some time now. When it was called colony woods and was under a different parent compnay things were great. Sure the staffand service were not as sophisticated but they were friendly and they were not after your money. The new staffmanagement is super rude and does not want to miss any opportunity to rip you off of a few hundred dollars be it lease renewal terms or parking charges. Currently they are renovating the whole community, new roofs, plumbing etc. That is nice except that they are very unfriendly to the people who have to live though their projects plus they slam you with hefty unjustified fines for accidentally violating thousand rules they have laid down during this renovation.
Overall don't come here. The new management will rip you off.
