I have lived at Piedmont (formerly Colony Woods) for quite some time. I loved to live here under Colony Woods management team but since the switch, to Piedmont management I have to say, I am a little irritated. My rent has raised considerably, and there is no renewal bonus like there was before? And why? All because they put some new paint on the units? Hmmmmm... that doesn't seem right. I can tell you that next year I will be searching for a new place to live. Because I don't like the feeling that I'm being ripped off!
