Apartment Review for Cedar Terrace Apartments

I just recently moved to Cedar Terrace and I regret my decision. When we moved in the entry to our building smells like dog poop. In our apartment the floor has places when you walk it dips. The bathtub squeaks the whole time you are standing in it and the water pressure is much to be desired. When I went to use the washing machine it didn't work and when I finally figured out the water was off I noticed that water was dripping out of the hoses. The office was no help they told me that there was no maintenance and it had to wait until the next day. Let's briefly review parking.....everyday I have to park at least a quarter of a mile away and walk to my building. If you have a lot to carry forget parking in front of the building the security frowns on that. Therefore moving in was not an easy task. There are tons of "reserved" spots but you can only reserve one if you want another it is yours unless they need it for someone else then you are back to the headache of parking. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. When we viewed the model it was nice and quiet but that is not the case in the actual apartment. I can hear every room my neigbor upstairs is in because the floor cracks and creaks. I can hear the people talking across the hall. If this is your only option it is sufficient but I wouldn't sign a long lease becasue if you do you will regret it. <P>
