This place is the worst place I ever lived. It looks pretty but APEX is always bending the rules in their favor. They are supposed to give you 48 hours notice for intent to enter unless it is an emergency and apparently everything is an emergency to them. I never got more then 24 hours notice. The parking is bad. There is never any where to park and if you are handicapped goodluck finding a spot that hasn't been illegally taken by another resident due to lack of space. They told everyone that they were going to # the spots so that everyone would have assigned parking and then never assigned anything so you can see that they have wonderful follow through. When I finally moved out I asked them for a one week extention on my lease and they said that they would look into it and call me back. They never did and then they had the gall to call and ask me to move out a couple of days early. All in all the apartments themselves are nice but the property management company is impossible to deal with and so please think carefully before moving into this or any APEX property management property.
