Don't move into the Foothills Apartments if you 1) have children, 2) want to have plumbing that works or 3) don't want to hear your neighbor snoring. My bathtub drained out into my light fixture over the carport for an entire year. The mgr finally said 'this 40 yr old plumbing just can't be fixed'. They were kind enough to drain the water from the cover before any electrical damage occurred, however. The walls are paper thin in this place, the grounds are no longer kept well, and there is absolutely no place for children on this property. The pool is located just below the office which keeps its doors open during the summer heat-so anyone making a sound while swimming is subject to being publicly admonished. Fire lanes are blocked daily by tenants who don't want to pull around to their designated areas to park-so watch out when you back up. Avoid this affordable, yet miserable place to live.
