This place sucks don't bother renting from here unless you want to never sleep due to noise and constantly be stressed due to people breaking into cars!!! Don't bother trying to talk to Phil about it, he will turn it around and blame it on you. He is the BIGGEST ASS there is. This management is the most unorganized sheisty horrible bleep you could find. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY and don't rent these apartments or any from APEX REALITY!!!!!!
