The Gateway apartments have probably been the worst investment I have ever made. The parking stalls are very thin so it is tough to park, the walls in the apartment are about a cm thick, cars get broken into frequently, the apartments are not insolated so your heating bill costs a lot of money, the neighbors do nothing but bitch and moan, and the shittiest thing about this place is the landlord (Phil) is the biggest fucking ferry who bitches non-stop. Do not be coaxed into leasing one of these apartments just because they are brand new and look good. If I would have known it would have been like how it is now, there would be no way in hell I would come here.
