DON'T EVER RENT FROM THEM. The owner is terriblily rude, impatient and inefficient. They were not clear on their terms and they make it sounds like it's your fault and they never notice the management company about what's going on. You NEVER want to deal with B*tches like that. The owner also own other properties around campus, be sure to check who the owner is. You don't want to be tricked into situation that you don't want to be in.
