Archstone managment is a nightmare. Absolutely "NO" loyalty to good tenants. They have a "price of the day" mentallity & could care absolutely less about keeping good - "on time" rent paying tenants & non troubling making tenants. When lease renewal time comes around - be prepared for a real moment of sticker shock!!! They raise rents from $50.00 - $270.00 per month(and I know this because of my own experience & from knowing most of my neighbors & what Archstone pulls with them.)
