They raised my rent by 12% last year. This year they raises my rent again by 30%. This is how they treat they loyal residents. School and family emergency kept me from looking else where but I know I will move out for sure next year.
The sound proof is bad. My neighbour upstairs would wake me up around 6 am in the morning when he/she takes the shower. Parking is very limited and it happens often that people parked at my reserve parking spot. You have to pay $30 extra for reserved parking.
I do like the safe environment and the place is clean and relatively new.
Service is just average. Twice, the staff forgot my request to fix things.
Mailbox is far away. The dumpsters were sometimes full during weekends.
