When we moved out they tried to charge us hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees. We had cleaned for several hours on the apartment and it was spotless top to bottom. We scrubbed the bathrooms and kitchen. Vaccummed the rugs and swept the porch. They still charged us several hundred dollars for cleaning and paint touch ups.
My wife and I have lived in about a dozen apartments in our life and we have never, NEVER been charged fees for cleaning on move out.
They also tried to charge us for an extra day, even though we turned the keys in a day early.
Save your pocket book and go somewhere else.
For a four year old apartment complex, it is very run down and has lots of repair issues.
