I myself can be pretty skeptical of online reviews. You can never be sure who is writing these things or for what reason. Just a tip: do not move in here.
The posted photographs are of a hose running from the drainage system out into the parking lot. The bottom floor floods EVERY time it rains--no exceptions. The managers have refused to fix it because it is "too expensive."
There are mold problems and poor weatherization throughout the building. The managers tell tenants they are imagining things and refuse to repair anything as it is again "too expensive." There are shady characters hanging out in the parking lot at all times. I can only guess what they are up to. There are eyesore vehicles with expired tags in the lot that have not moved for a year or more.
What does the management do to rectify any of these problems? Threaten tenants if they bring it up, that's what. Don't bother trying to contact the property management company either; they are completely unresponsive.
Consider yourself warned.
