I travel alot for my healthcare career and moved to Canyon Park Apartments. I was hardly ever there and really didn't have any problems until I moved out. Please beware of these apartments. I have lived in numerous apartments and have always had my deposits returned back to me. This apartment's manager is out to get people when you move out. I had one picture hung because I never really decorated with my lack of time and they had told me they had to charge a crazy amount as well as carpets and blinds, ect. They took my deposits and charged another $300 on top of it. I was going to file a lawsuite and they backed down so I didn't have to pay. I feel I need to spread the word. Honestly, please reconsider. My friend lives at the Providence and they have been wonderful to her.
