Apartment Reviews for Willina Ranch - Bothell

I lived at Willina Ranch for a little over 2 years, and it was the best apartment complex I have ever lived! The people in the office were very friendly and realistic. The maintenance guys were awesome. If there was ever a problem (which was rare) they would come by and take care of it right away, no questions asked, they always knew a simple fix.

The grounds were always kept up, I always noticed all of the improvements.

The location of this complex is great because it is easy access to the freeway (although a little too close, you could hear freeway noise a little bit) BUT, directly from the complex, you can run/bike/walk up to Norway Hill or down the hill and get on the Burke Gilman Trail, or you can easily go over the overpass and get on the Tolt Pipeline trail. I loved that about it.

The location of our apartment (the M building) was SO great for parking. It is right next to this access road, with TONS of parking available.

When we moved out, I was expecting to have to pay a lot of money because you always hear about apartments charging a ridiculous amount of money at move out because all these little things werent exactly the same. We only had to pay $100!! What a relief! Most of that was just to cover a carpet cleaner, which we didnt do previously, so if we would have got one before, it would have been about the same amount.

I highly recommend Willina Ranch Apartments! ;)
