Review for Anchor M Apartments

Terrible. Things took up to 3 months to get fixed. Roof in bedroom started leaking in bedroom and had to move to another section of the complex in the middle of finals week. Problems were fixed with the cheaply so they were re-occuring. Staff never around. Parking lot covered in ice most of winter without proper salting, yet there are signs placed in the laundry room windows thsat say be careful if you fall, it's your fault! I rented for the '06-'07 school year, and I am glad to be out. I would like to note however that when I was moving out the apartment was in the process of coming under new management. I hope the new management does a better job!
