Review for College Park Apartments

The only reason anyone would ever rent here is to get a short quarter long lease. I stayed for two quarters and ended up getting a place 10 times as nice for waaaay less money. It is worth the research. When I moved into my apartment there was "something" smeared all over the bathroom walls and the carpets didn't look cleaned. I had to bleach everything. I had to call the police several times because the parties were so loud all night and no one would do anything about it. The windows are thin and it gets really cold inside. It is all really old and pretty crappy but it got me by. I felt like I was really ripped off paying $460 and it has gone up since then. When I was there I got a job cleaning the "nice" apartments in town and my boss seemed to think I did a great job, but I guess the manager felt he could clean better and took my entire deposit for cleaning. He then refused to give me a referral though I had always paid on time because I sent him a letter of complaint regarding the deposit that he kept (and didn't use to clean the carpets). Don't bother.
