Apartment Review for Mt Stuart Apartments

To start, there is a new landlord who I haven't even met. You only deal with two people, Rosalinda and Micheal. Rosalinda only deals with leasing and sending you eviction notices when you've paid your rent. They will charge you ridiculous late fees. Micheal is a complete ***, and the maintenance guy. All he does is deal with the trash after its over filling and blowing around the grass. In conversations he is very threatening. Now let's get to the apartments, they were built in the 1960's and have not been remodeled. At times we have had problems will spiders,ants, and mice. There are holes in the walls, the carpets are gross. The kitchen and especially the bathroom needs remodeling. I would NOT recommend this apartment, to anyone unless your ******* totally desperate. I give one stars to this horrid place because I HAVE TO.
