Apartment Review for Star Apartments

The apartment is very small. The carpets are old, and they do not have bathtubs (just a stand up shower which, I prefer bathtubs lol). It is easy to hear all of your neighbors, upstairs, to the left and right.

However. it is literally across the street from campus and basically walking distance from anything downtown (think- bars! hehe).

I have had a great experience with the landlords so far. they are very nice. they are fair and if you ever need anything fixed, they take care of it right away. They also make sure to screen people pretty well before they move in, because they do not want party kids. Because of this, my neighbors haven't had crazy parties, and they are all fairly quiet.

I say make sure to come look before deciding to rent. It's good for a while if you can handle the fact that there is no kitchen space. The (only) counter between the sink and the stove is literally only about two feet wide. But again- for the price and location, if you're just a single person, this isn't a bad place at all. If there was more sound-proof in the walls, i'd give this place more stars. :)
