Review for University Court Apartments

The only good thing about these apartments is that they look nice, other than that it's all down hill. I can't drive anywhere because I know when I come home I won't have a parking spot. Our neighbors constantly have guests over and let them park in tenant parking, leaving me to park on the street. Our neighbors leave trash on their porch for over a week. Yes, there is security, but when you ask them to do something about a certain problem, they sit in their car for 5 minutes and then drive away and nothing gets done about it. Oh yeah the laundry room is infested with spiders and earwigs, have fun doing your laundry with bugs falling on your head! We have complained about all of these things to the managers, and they have done absolutely nothing, all they do is glare at us when we walk by the office. It's definitely not worth the $710+ per month to live in a ghetto like University Court.
