Review for University Court Apartments

This is the worst place I have ever lived!!! I have to hear the person's alarm clock EVERY morning, and he just lets is go on and on, even though I have talked to him about it. There is no "quiet floor." I think they just put a piece of plywood down and then covered it with carpet (the cheapest crap ever). When I moved in, the blinds were disgustingly dirty with all sorts of nasty stuff all over them. For the price you pay, you can find much better. This place was cheaply built and is not kept up at all. There is splatters of paint on some of the trim pieces, missing calking, etc. Also, the stairs are built out of wood, so every time someone goes up and down them, it is horribly noisy. I HATE living here and can't wait to leave. Besides, my next door neighbors are very loud and their friends come over and smoke and talk outside until all hours of the night, LOUDLY. I have asked them multiple times to be more quiet and have even had managment talk to them, to no avail.
