Review for Camelot Apartments

My husband and I moved in here in the fall of 2006. As I had been out of state he chose it and did all the paperwork. First they kept pushing back our move in date, this was irritating but slightly understandable. Then, I got to come out and see our apartment, the one bedrooms are a postage stamp, the kitchen is bearly 4x3 and the 'balcony' is so rickety I hate to have to go out there. The Garage door rarely opens without you having to push your remote button a dozen times, the hallways regularly have a nasty rotten egg smell. The deposits are rather steep and heaven forbid comment on the climbing rent prices. This place is poorly managed, loud (two apartments around me regularly have loud obnoxious parties) and the walls are about as thin as tissue paper. There are much better apartments, stay away from anything 'Epic' owned. Do yourself a huge favor.
