If your moving to the Everett/Millcreek area, then check this place out. We really enjoyed living here at Charter Club. The management company is first rate all the way. They took great care of our family over the years. They have a canoe and a paddle boat for you to enjoy the lake. The view of the lake from our apartment was unbeatable.
We enjoyed taking the canoe out to watch the Bald Eagles, and do a little fishing.The maintenance guys were always
