Review for Covington Farms Apartments

I was told that this place was quiet, but I have not been able to sleep for more than 4 or five hours per night because of the constant stream of cars driving by. There is also a guy with a loud motorcycle who drives around at night revving his engine.
Before I moved in I told management that I may have to move because of my job. They told me that that would be OK and that I would only have to pay my rent and $350. Now that I want to move they told me that my signed contract says that I have to pay them $1175. These people do not care for other people. They will say anything that they can to get in and then they just treat you like how they feel, which must be pretty bad. Also, every month and even several times a month they want to enter the apartment for some reason. I am compiling all of their entry letters and I am going to go to court over their constant entry into my apartment. Stay away from this place!
