Review for Crystal Cove Apartments

During my time at Crystal Cove, management underwent several changes. Each time they got worse. When I moved in I was given permission to paint the walls.

When it came time to move out, the new managers told me I had to pay for painting them or do it myself. I painted and they told me it wasn't good enough. I re-did the paint job and finally it was signed off.

I was told that my move-in deposit would cover the carpet cleaning. Instead I received a bill for carpet cleaning and was then sent to a collection agency.

It took me over a month to clean and paint the apartment and was highly stressful.

I do not recommend this apartment complex.

Also, neighbors used my parking space and there were so many "visitor" cars that lived on the apartment complex that my friends and family were often not able to park anywhere near my building.
