Review for Crystal Cove Apartments

No place is perfect and Crystal Cove is no exception. That said, I believe it would be fair to say they try to do a good job. Any apartment complex is just a reflection of the folks who live there. Most of the folks are good and most seem to get along. The staff seem to try though it appears the management there are not able to communicate well with the staff. The result leaves the staff unsure and reluctant to take action. This frequently happens when management is young and weak. As with most places, the reluctance to pay managers a good salary leaves you with inexperienced managers. Poor management reflects at all levels. The end result is poor communication and poor execution of duties.
