Review for Crystal Cove Apartments

I've lived at Crystal Cove for about a year and the place gets worse each day. The new owners are refurbishing the apartments but if you can't sleep at night or if someone damages your car in the parking lot, why bother?

The "Courtesy Patrol" (security) is worthless. If you want security, get a concealed weapon permit.

Most of the trouble comes from the surrounding area and the Crystal Cove area has one of the highest crime rates in Snohomish County.

The school across the street is a festering sewer of spoiled deliquents. Recently, during broad daylight, a group of kids stopped a car right in front of the office and then when the lady honked at them, they pulled her out of her car and beat her up. If you care about your automobile or your safety, you don't want to live here. Someone actually put feces on our car door handles. We've had all kinds of things thrown on our car here and when we report it to the office they tell you what they think we want to hear, but do NOTHING. The management only cares about appearences and collecting money. Once they get your money and your signature on the bottome line, the caring is over. The manager constantly forgets what she tells you because she can't tell the truth. But in her defense, she cares about the people at corporate. She will please the corporate owners but not the residents. We gave up calling the sheriff's department a couple of months ago, they don't even show up.

In summary, if you are decent, this is no place for you. If you like to go around drinking Malt Liquor, yelling at all hours of the night, urinating in the parking lot, and painting your gang symbol on surroundings, you'll feel right at home at Crystal Cove. This place sucks!!
