Review for Crystal Cove Apartments

Well, it was fine and dandy getting into the apartment but living there and moving out was a nightmare. This place totally sucked. We had the same car stolen atleast 3 times and a different car stolen and broken into. The management told us it was our fault for owning that type of car. We spent numerous nights sitting in our window watching the loud parties, fights, drinking and shady business going on across the way. I brought this to the attention of management also... they said they had many complaints but there was nothing they could do. One night our friendly neighbors actually had atleast 50 people (we lost count after a while) in one apartment and security didn't do anything. Parking was a total joke. After going out to dinner one night it took us over 30 minutes of driving around to find a place close enough to our apartment to park. Didn't really matter anyway chances of our car being there in the morning was pretty slim.

The apartment was a piece of work also. The carpet looked as though it had never been cleaned. We were told we could paint a wall and we did.. and before we moved out we primered it so they could put whatever paint they use on it and they decided to take our deposit and charge us for having to paint. Although if I remember correctly they paint after every tennant. The manager also told us we 'painted it the wrong color' when we said we fixed it. I tried telling him it was primer and he didn't get it.

I'd feel safer living in my car... as long as it wasn't parked at Crystal Cove.
