Review for Crystal Cove Apartments

When I was looking for an apartment I was so sick of looking and looking that when we came to Crystal Cove and they had a half decent unit, I just took it. YES, I read the other reviews but I didn't believe what others wrote about the place. I thought the review was just a lot of hot air. Well, I wish that I had listened! This place is a joke. If you have a decent car, consider this...I have walked out into the parking lot to see my neighbor's car with no tires and sitting on concrete blocks. NO EXAGGERATION! Many of the people who live in Crystal Cove have NO respect for themself and none for others. It is normal to hear people running around in the parking lot screaming and yelling all kind of profanity. Even at 3 am I have counted as many as 30 people out in the parking lot yelling racial insults blended with exotic profanity. I couldn't begin to tell you how many times I have walked through urine to get to my front door. Many of the people who live here have no class. Recently I was in the office telling them about a problem when apparently a resident called. When the worker there in the office ended the call she remarked how ignorant the caller had been. It was interesting how the others reacted. It seemed that was a frequent remark there in the office. I think it's interesting that the people who are there to serve you absolutely do not care. They feel they are better that the people who rent from them. Since I've lived here more than 6 months I can see why. Last but not least, I've noticed that more and more of the residents in Crystal Cove are illegal aliens. Recently an illegal alien parked in my only parking space (yes, you get one per apartment) when I asked the illegal alien to move, they indicated they do not speak English.

So in summary, if you don't mind yelling and screaming in the middle of the night. If you don't own a nice car and you wouldn't mind if someone trashes your car. If you own a gun and are willing to use it to keep your daughter or wife from getting raped, you might like Crystal Cove otherwise, keep looking. Everything that glitters is not gold.
