Review for Fairhaven Downs Apartments

I am happy here but you should be aware of the rules. They are strict. I know some of my neighbors don't like that but I follow them so it is not an issue with me. When my lease was up, I did get an increase but I have lived here for five years without any. They have painted the buildings, repaired some of the parking lot and done some other remodeling so I figured the money would need to come from somewhere. Plus when I looked around, I am still paying less here and I don't know what kind of management the other places have so I am staying put!
