Review for Fairhaven Downs Apartments

I have lived here for 6years, let me say i would know the good and the bad.I have never encountered a problem, well let me take that back there was a manager with white hair and i couldn't stand her she was a facade and a rude one at that.She has been my only bad experience here.The staff here now is great my work is completed timely.We have lost a maintenance person whom i thought was great and i miss.As you know with any large apt. complex there are issues,they are dealt with in a timely manner the maintenance people are very polite and courteous. THE ONE THING PEOPLE NEED TO REALIZE IS THAT THE COMPANY ONE KEEPS(friends/family/co-worker etc.)ALL OF THESE PLAY A ROLE IN THE HAPPENINGS OF YOUR LIFE. AS THE SAYING GOES ONE SHOULD BE MINDFULL OF THE COMPANY THEY KEEP.I'm mind full of the company i keep so i have no problems and i would say DON'T LET SOMEONE ELSES BITTER AND HATE KEEP YOU FROM A SAFE COMMUNITY WHERE WE LOOK OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER MY LEASE IS AND I'M SIGNING ANOTHER ONE.I HAVE DONE THE LEG WORK AND THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST. HEY CHECK US OUT .YOU BE THE REAL JUDGE DON'T JUST COME THROUGH IN THE DAY RIDE THROUGH AT NIGHT. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AS A NEIGHBOR DON'T BE SHY THE STAFF IS GREAT COME MEET VAL/KELLY AND THE REST
